MAM announces new release of Autopart Ledgers

MAM Software has announced the availability of Autopart Ledgers v20 R009, a significant release offering 39 new features and developments

Click for hi-res versionMAM Software has announced the release of Autopart Ledgers v20 R009, the next release of its popular management software for factors, distributors and retailers. This new version features 39 new developments including significant enhancements to its sales ledger, purchase ledger, goods received note invoicing (GRNI), and nominal ledger functionality.

Ledgers R009 includes new functionality to generate sales and purchase ledger reports automatically. Users can choose from a variety of reports that can be printed or saved to file. These can be scheduled to run as part of the ledgers period end or Autopart day end or month end routines.

Ledgers R009 also includes a new feature to track the number of times a customer receives a credit letter.  Every time a credit letter is generated, Ledgers R009 can produce a credit control note and add a comment the customer's general notes. This provides both credit control staff and other Autopart users with a complete audit trail of events.

Many of the enhancements in Ledgers R009 are available free-of-charge to existing Autopart v20 users with a current support and maintenance contract. Special offers are available to companies upgrading from Autopart v17 or migrating from competitive systems.
