Due to the adverse weather conditions, MAM Software is currently running a limited service. 

  • If you have a general support enquiry, please use the online support service at www.mamsoft.co.uk/extranet
  • If you have an urgent issue, please try your normal support number. Please be aware that our usual support advisors may not be available today.

"We instigated a remote working policy this morning to ensure the safety of our staff and to maximise productivity" said Robin Darnell, Director of Support Services at MAM Software. "Rather than risking a potentially hazardous and lengthy journey to work, calls are being redirected to our staff's home phones."

"Staff can use a remote dial-in facility to allow them access to the vast majority of their day-to-day applications. We are communicating and managing primarily via instant messaging to ensure phone lines are kept free for customers."

"We obviously apologise for any inconvenience and thank our customers for their patience and understanding during the worst snow storm to hit this region since 1919."
