Autopart v20 R006 highlights
Auto-archive transactions to PDF
Customer facing documents can now be archived on production. A separate folder can be utilised for different document types, so invoices can be saved to one folder, credits to another. Documents can be saved in various formats including PDF and plain text.
Document forwarding
Customer facing documents can be emailed or faxed to multiple recipients. Recipient addresses and fax numbers are maintained on a new tab in customer file maintenance and it is possible to configure each document type separately.
Sales ledger payment plans
Staged payment plans can be recorded against sales invoices covering any number of payments. These payments can be created at the time of raising the invoice or later via the sales ledger account enquiry. Current details of the payment plan can be displayed or amended via the account enquiry screen, displayed in the cash posting screen, printed on both invoices and statements and shown in a separate column on the age of debt report.
Purchase ledger invoice authorisation/overhead circulation list
Purchase ledger registration (holding transactions pre nominal entry/assignment) of invoices/credits can now be assigned an authorisation operator and be flagged as overhead transactions. This enables reports to be produced detailing the overhead status and highlight transactions awaiting update.
Multiple nominal ledger budgets
Multiple Nominal ledger budgets can now be configured to feature when producing a trial balance, balance sheet or profit and loss report.
Invoice consolidation at dayend
Existing dayend procedures have been modified to allow the consolidation of multiple advice notes onto invoices as part of the day/week/month end routines.
Procedure feedback module
A new procedure feedback module has been developed to enable staff to exchange tasks and responses at customer level and record them.
