MAM Software is pleased to announce that All Vehicle Parts (AVP) has deployed the MAM Autowork Online web-based garage management solution to support its key accounts and strengthen its working relationships. The solution, which allows garages to manage their operations and order parts online, is proving to be a success with the Leicestershire-based motor factor's customers.

Autowork Online is a web-based application for managing the business activities associated with a modern workshop environment. Running from a browser window to remove the need for installation, the application controls all aspects of daily activity from the creation of quotations to the printing of job cards and MOT reminders.

"The feedback we're getting from garages is very positive" said Craig Wilson, Managing Director of All Vehicle Parts. "Customers like Gilmorton Garage are reporting how simple and intuitive the Autowork Online application is. It has helped them improve their own service levels and produce professional invoices. It has made them more efficient and allowed them to use the extra time to grow their business."

"Since introducing Gilmorton to the Autowork Online platform, we have seen an increase in loyalty as they use the software to check our pricing, view stock availability and place orders."

"We are delighted that Autowork Online is helping to improve the working relationships of businesses across the country" said Nigel Clemett, Director of Sales at MAM Software. "With its comprehensive array of features Autowork Online can control every aspect of a modern garage environment, and allows motor factors to promote increased loyalty from their customers, resulting in sizeable revenue increases."
