MAM Software is delighted to announce that Brunswick Garage, a state-of-the-art workshop run by former National Independent Garage of the Year winner Andy Savva, is now using MAM's Autowork Online garage management solution to run its business.

Located in clean, modern premises in North London, Brunswick Garage boasts a range of advanced facilities including two MoT bays, six service bays, two tyre bays, two diagnostic bays and a relaxing customer lounge.

"Our vision is to engage our customers with an experience that is unmatched in the local market" explained Andy Savva, Owner of Brunswick Garage. "Autowork Online complements our business perfectly and helps create a service that even a main dealer would find hard to match."

Autowork Online is a pioneering 'cloud computing' garage management solution that is accessed from a standard web browser. It offers extensive functionality for managing all core garage activities including creating job cards and invoices, controlling work diaries and maintaining accurate service records. It also provides a range of web-driven features including vehicle registration mark (VRM) lookup, all-makes parts cataloguing, repair times, technical data and online parts ordering.

"The software's interface is very clean and easy to use. It presents a good level of detail to our staff so they can respond quickly and accurately to customer queries" Andy Savva continued. "The SMS and e-mail functions are fantastic, enabling us to interact better with our customers and keep us at the forefront of customer service."

"The diary function works very well and enables us to plan our work schedule in advance. When we implement the connection to our parts suppliers in the coming weeks, it will be a huge benefit to us. We will be able to create accurate estimates based on the actual costs of the parts required."

"We spent considerable time looking for a solution that would help us deliver quality-leading services that meet our customers' needs and expectations. Autowork Online is as perfect a package as we could get. We would highly recommend it to any independent repair garage" Andy Savva concluded.
