General Traffic, one of the northwest's leading distributor of spares, tyres & exhausts, has selected MAM's Autopart software as the management platform to help drive business growth and improve visibility and accessibility of its data.
General Traffic recently conducted a thorough evaluation of its business management systems to determine what was needed to support the company's nine-branch operation and lead the next stage of growth. After an extensive evaluation of the available software suppliers, MAM's Autopart solution was chosen as the replacement package for the existing system.
"Autopart has all the functionality we need to run our business" explained Imtiaz Umarji, General Traffic's Managing Director. "It provides a platform that uses current technology, is adaptable and able to grow as we grow, and is fully integrated throughout the different modules."
"The reporting and cataloguing tools are particularly impressive" Imtiaz Umarji continued. "Autopart has many more features and is much quicker than our previous system. Its extensive array of reports makes business analysis much easier. Live data on the entire business process is always available, so we can see instantly how we're performing."
While the functionality of the software was an important consideration for Imtiaz Umarji, it was the people of MAM that impressed him the most. "MAM's approach was very refreshing. The people at MAM made us feel very comfortable and they understood our business demands and requirements. Their attitude and responses have been very reassuring".
"Ultimately, it was MAM's experience and resources that won us over. Technology will play a central role in the growth and success of General Traffic and I believe MAM will bring more flexibility and scalability to our business. I'm very pleased with the investment we have made and excited about our future prospects."
"MAM has a proven track record of helping aftermarket customers achieve their goals for efficiency and productivity" said Mike Jamieson, Managing Director of MAM Software. "Today's announcement is further evidence of MAM's dedication to its customers by providing top-rated solutions that address complex business needs. We are extremely pleased to welcome General Traffic to our growing family of users."
