The integration of Elcome's Xchecker online catalogue management solution with MAM's Autocat+ electronic catalogue will deliver enhanced catalogue data maintenance and distribution for component suppliers.
Following the recent introduction of its Autocat+ electronic catalogue, MAM Software, UK market leader in factor management solutions, today announced the signing of a strategic partnership with Elcome Ltd., specialists in catalogue data manipulation and publication.
The partnership unites MAM Software's expertise in the factor management software and electronic parts catalogue sectors with Elcome's extensive experience in data manipulation and publishing. It brings together MAM's Autocat+, a new web-driven electronic parts catalogue, and Elcome's Xchecker online catalogue management solution.
As a result of this partnership, component suppliers have the option of using Elcome's Xchecker to maintain their catalogue data and publish it to multiple mediums including MAM's online Autocat+ catalogue. With its integrated reporting suite and proofing tools, Xchecker provides an effective means of fully controlling all catalogue functions. Not only does it improve the quality of data, but thanks to careful structuring, data can be shared across different media types, thereby significantly shortening the publication time to market.
