MAM Software is pleased to announce that Parkside Garage Ltd, a member of the Bosch Car Service network, is using Autowork Online to streamline its business processes and improve efficiency. The software, which has been operational for eight months, is helping all aspects of the business including pricing jobs accurately, ordering parts electronically and accessing technical data.

Autowork Online is a web-based application for managing the business activities associated with a modern workshop environment. Running from a browser window to remove the need for installation, the application controls all aspects of daily activity from the creation of quotations to the printing of job cards and MOT reminders.

Linked into their local Bosch stockist, Andrew Page Ltd, Parkside have been using the online enquiries and ordering facility to access real time pricing and availability. "We felt that the ability to provide our customers with accurate pricing, based on our actual costs, was crucial to our business" said Mick Leech, proprietor at Parkside Garage.

"After assessing the various competing options for technical data, we also subscribed to MAM's integrated offering. I felt that by using MAM's integrated data, it best met the needs of my business for ease of use. The information included is as good as anything else out there, if not better.

"When we set up the business, it was important for us to choose a garage management system which was both intuitive and would meet our needs for years to come. Autowork Online does this perfectly."

"Autowork Online was developed with simplicity and functionality in mind" said Nigel Clemett, Director of Sales at MAM Software. "This has resulted in a solution which is intuitive, powerful and requires little to no maintenance. In addition, our technical repair data provides essential maintenance information covering 7000 engine types, supported by over 50,000 drawings and diagrams. We look forward to working with Parkside and helping to make them even more successful."
