MAM 'ploughs on' despite weather

MAM bosses are praising staff who braved heavy snowfalls to keep the company operational.

Bosses at MAM Software Ltd. - a subsidiary of Aftersoft Group Inc. and a leading provider of business management software solutions - are praising staff who braved heavy snowfalls to keep the company operational.

Battling through blizzards, staff from as far away as North Yorkshire and Nottinghamshire travelled to MAM's headquarters in Barnsley.

Several staff were forced to abandon cars en route and were rescued by colleagues who ferried them in four-wheel drive vehicles. Others opted to try their luck with public transport or even walk to the company's offices.

Similar conditions were encountered at MAM's satellite offices in Northampton and Wareham as the inclement weather moved south.

Mike Jamieson, MAM Software's Managing Director said "I would like to pay tribute to all of our staff who have made tremendous efforts to continue the provision of sales and support services to our customers.
