MAM Support Services provide comprehensive support packages covering all MAM applications and systems.
Based at MAM’s Sheffield office the Support Services Department now employs in excess of 45 members of staff dedicated to the provision of support services.

Alternatively MAM can provide Application Support Only contracts if you prefer to source and support your own hardware, network and security infrastructure.
Copies of our standard Service Level Agreement are available on request detailing the services provided and our targeted response times.
Extranet
Our new website, launched on 1 August 2006, features a dedicated customers-only extranet section. This section provides existing MAM customers with a range of free resources such as online log tracking, product tutorials, frequently-asked-questions and software downloads.
From a simple Web browser interface, customers have direct access to our own log-tracking system. Armed with the relevant username and password, they have secure access to information that was previously only accessible by calling a technical support representative. This includes the ability to view the status of open logs, create new logs or add notes to existing logs.

Opening hours
The Support Service Desk is open 7 days per week providing support when you need it.

Bank Holidays are covered Sunday hours. The Service Desk is closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.
